Building Hours Exceptions Tab

Use the Building Hours Exceptions tab to review reservations scheduled outside configured building hours.

Filter the reservations list by Status, Building, Area, View, or date.

• Use the Status and Building/Area/View filters in the left pane to narrow the results. You can select one, multiple, or all available values.

• Use the date filter at the top of the right pane to view reservations due within a specific date range. By default, the tab displays reservations due Thru Today.

  Select one of the following options:

  • Thru Today

  • All Dates

  • Today

  • Tomorrow

  • Thru Next Week

  • Next Week

  • (user specified)

  If the predefined date ranges do not meet your needs, select (user specified). Enter a date in Between and, optionally, a date in To.

Open a reservation in Navigator

1. Open the Building Hours Exceptions tab.

2. Apply the desired filters and select Refresh.

3. Select a reservation from the Reservations list.

4. Select Go To.

The reservation opens in Navigator.
